Our emergency call out service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is co-ordinated by our own directly employed staff.
Our record of providing this service is excellent with the majority of jobs attended to within two hours of the initial call being made. Our experienced co-ordinators will assign the nearest on-call engineer and where appropriate advise occupants over the phone for example how to isolate supplies to minimise damage to their property.
This service means that no matter what time of the day it is you can rest assured that we are just a phone call away.
Our service is provided across all of our operational area, which spans the entire East Anglia region and a 50-mile radius of all of our offices.
